The Government should come back up with a comprehensive set up even for formation of personal layouts–imposing strict norms for providing broader roads, correct sanitary and sewerage lines, enough respiratory organ areas like provision for parks etc. multistorey housing and industrial buildings shouldn't be allowed on slender roads in such layouts. The peak of the buildings should be restricted to solely 2 or 3 stories solely on such slender roads. This may arrest the uncontrolled growth of town, avoiding an excessive amount of burden on the infrastructure and transportation facilities. 

The Government should act quick and are available out with a program for the planned growth of Bangalore town with civic amenities,adequate infrastructure and a reliable economical transport system and stop this haphazard growth of town.
